Holland Park Avenue is one of London’s most historic and significant thoroughfares in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The end of terrace, five-story building comprises both commercial and residential units. Located on the A403 highway, within the congestion zone and on a TFL red route, the site sits above the Central line underground. Over time, the building experienced subsidence to the external walls, requiring foundation repairs due to ongoing underground vibrations and nearby road repairs.
Maximus obtained planning consent from Kensington and Chelsea for temporary advertising during the required building works. The funds generated from the advertising sales helped the owner to fund extensive repairs for their heritage asset property, enabling them to carry out external wall and foundation repairs.
Maximus are proud to have partnered with art organisation and school, Black Blossoms, for Kensington and Chelsea Art Week when we donated our Holland Park Roundabout mega banner to showcase their artwork, supporting local charities.
