Outdoor advertising has the power to engage and uplift.

Over recent weeks we have seen some inspired and heartfelt creative campaigns that have spread messages of solidarity, support and hope and brought communities together. As we move into a post-lockdown environment, we are likely to see significant behavioural changes as people spend more quality time in their local neighbourhoods, work from home and adopt new ways to travel as public transport capacity reduces by up to 90%.

These behavioural changes will increase the importance of roadside out-of-home more than ever and our Urban Canvas network offers the perfect solution to target people returning to London streets both in their local neighbourhoods and with new commuter habits to avoid public transport.

We love the AMEX ‘Shop Small’ neighbourhood campaign and its support of the local high-street, SO much so it has inspired us to launch the  MAXIMUS NEIGHBOURHOOD CREATIVE IDEA COMPETITION.

First Prize: An Urban Canvas banner worth £42,000 for a client of your choice for 2 weeks and a bottle of Smatt’s Jamaica Rum for you and 10 members of your team.

10 x Runners Up: A bottle of Smatt’s Jamaica Rum delivered to your door.

All Entrants: A 10% discount off your next Urban Canvas campaign in 2020.

Anybody working in the out-of-home industry including poster specialists, media agencies, creative agencies and even brands themselves.

Our ultra-premium Urban Canvas network is made up of 30 sites in the heart of London’s busiest, most trendy and hard to reach neighbourhoods. These unique large format sites offer full ownership and stand-out advertising in the right areas at the right time for commuters and communities.
